Return Policy

All of our invitation products are created with quality paper and printing techniques. We inspect every invitation, envelope, paper product, etc. before it is delivered to you. If there is a defect or printing error due to Crafty Designs you will be reimbursed for that item or issued a new item at our expense; this matter is handled by a case by case.

However, it is the customers responsibility to verify thier digital proof: ensuring all wording, font, colors etc is accurate before giving the okay to print. In this case it is the customers financial responsibility for reprints if changes are to be made.

Once order is approved by customer to send items to print any changes will be seen as a new order. No exceptions allowed.

Returns or Exchanges


Due to the fact that our products are intended for one time usage, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any invitation or merchandise. All sales are final. No exceptions. Unless defective product, or error by Crafty Designs. 

Refunds

Refunds for Invitations/Paper products

If customer decides to cancel thier order during the digital proof process a refund will be given. If order contains laser cut or custom invitations, a cancellation fee will apply; a partial refund will be issued to customer.  

Cancellation fees start at $40 depending on number of rounds. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for funds to appear on account (if paid by card).

 

Refunds for peronsalized items/favors/gifts (only damaged or defective goods/given store credit). If items ordered are out-of-stock or incorrectly listed available and not in stock customer will be refunded a full cash refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for funds to appear on account; unless you wish to exchange the item.

If you choose to exchange the damaged or defective merchandise. Wait for the approval of our customer service representatives before sending your item. A picture may be required to determine if merchandise qualifies as damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Refund exceptions

If there is an error caused by Crafty Designs we will give you the option to receive funds in full or receive the correct merchandise with covered shipping cost. 

 

Layaway cancellations will be given a full refund less fees owed (service charge, shipping expense, and cancellation fee).
